Introducing the new Zoe editor
The Zoe setup experience has been updated with a more flexible UI that helps you configure Zoe’s behavior, tools, and delivery settings. The new layout organizes related settings into focused sections and makes localization easier to manage from the editor.
Enhanced Customer Insights
Customer Insights now includes Configurator Panel. For unified assistants that include a Configurator Panel, the flow canvas now shows that step as part of the journey. You can click into it to view related statistics. This update also adds support for DDQ in Customer Insights, improving visibility into flow performance.
Locale-level concept names
The Concepts API now supports defining concept names at the locale level, giving you precise control over how attributes are displayed across different markets. When a locale-specific name is set, it takes priority over the language-level name. This is useful for markets that share a language but use different conventions.
